Designed for busy women with busy lives. Our flexible bi-weekly sessions mean there's no pressure to attend every week, you can choose which location you want to attend - children are welcome to come along free of charge, giving you the opportunity to prioritise your health, lead by example, and become a positive role model for the next generation.

At TrainHER, we know life doesn’t pause for workouts - and we don’t expect you to either.
Children are always welcome to join you for free.
They can run alongside you, get involved in the fun, or simply play nearby while you focus on you.
We actively encourage it.
Because when they see you prioritising your health, your goals, and your growth - they learn to value theirs too.

Why I Created TrainHER
I came together with Rach Adams, a Women's PT, with one powerful mission: to create a space where women train with purpose, feel empowered in their bodies, and are fully supported along the way.
But TrainHER is about more than physical fitness.
Between us, we've worked with hundreds of women and seen the same challenge time and time again. It isn't a lack of knowledge that's holding women back. It's self doubt, low confidence, fear of failure, inconsistent habits, and years of putting everyone else first.
That's why I created the EmpowerHER element of TrainHER.
Because we believe true transformation happens when women strengthen their mindset as well as their body.
We created TrainHER because we knew women needed more ...
