Why I Created This Programme

I'm not just a coach & therapist - I’m a woman who’s lived this

Iam a mind and body coach and HypnoMenopause® practitioner passionate about helping women navigate this stage of life with greater understanding and confidence.

Like many women, I have experienced first-hand how confusing and overwhelming menopause can feel.

Many women are told that the changes they are experiencing are “just menopause,” yet they are left trying to navigate anxiety, sleep disruption, emotional ups and downs, weight changes and a sense that they are somehow no longer themselves.

Through both my personal journey and my work supporting women, I began to see how much menopause is influenced not just by hormones, but also by stress, mindset, past experiences and the pressures many women are carrying in their lives. Through this journey I came to understand that real transformation happens when we support the whole woman. When the mind, body and hormones are working in alignment, everything begins to feel different.

Rather than constantly fighting ourselves or feeling like our bodies are working against us, we can learn to understand what is happening and start working with ourselves instead.

When we begin to understand menopause from a whole woman perspective, supporting the mind, body and emotions together, menopause can start to feel far less overwhelming.

Q: I’ve tried everything — how is this different?

Many women feel exactly the same way when they arrive here.

Q: Do I need to attend live?

The sessions are designed to be interactive and supportive, so attending live is encouraged. If you cannot attend one session, you will still receive the hypnotherapy audio and key resources.

Q: Do I need to have experience with hypnotherapy?

Not at all. Everything will be explained and guided step by step. Hypnotherapy is a deeply relaxing process and most women find it very calming and enjoyable.

Q: I’m unsure about hypnotherapy and worry I won’t be in control

This is a very common concern, and it’s important to know that hypnotherapy is not about losing control.

During hypnotherapy you remain aware of what is happening and can bring yourself out of the relaxed state at any time. It is simply a guided process that helps the mind and body relax so the subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions.

Many people describe it as similar to the relaxed state you experience when you are deeply absorbed in a book or drifting off to sleep.

You are always in control, and the experience is designed to feel calm, safe and supportive.
