I'm not just a coach & therapist - I’m a woman who’s lived this
For years, I looked like I had it all together - successful, strong, and always the one holding everyone else up. But underneath, I was barely coping. I felt stuck in the same cycles of self-sabotage, using food or wine to fill the gaps, and constantly starting over but never really moving forward.
I pushed myself with outdated fitness advice built for men, wondering why my body wasn’t responding and why I didn’t feel better. Then perimenopause hit -and everything intensified. The exhaustion, anxiety, weight gain, and loss of confidence left me feeling like my body and mind had turned against me.
What I didn’t realise back then was that it wasn’t just menopause - it was my past, my beliefs, and my subconscious patterns running the show. No diet or workout could fix that.
That was my turning point.
I began the deeper work- studying the mind, the unconscious, hypnotherapy, NLP, and women’s health - and I discovered that real transformation happens when you align the mind, body, and hormones.
