I'm not just a coach & therapist - I’m a woman who’s lived this
For years, I looked like I had it all together - successful, strong, and always the one holding everyone else up -but underneath, I was barely coping. I was tired of feeling stuck, self-sabotaging, and using alcohol or food as a crutch. I was trapped in that all-or-nothing mentality - constantly starting again, yet never really moving forward.
I trained hard, pushed through, and followed outdated fitness advice built for men - wondering why my body wasn’t responding and why I didn’t feel better. Then perimenopause arrived, and everything intensified - the fatigue, the anxiety, the mood swings, the weight gain, the loss of confidence.
I felt like my body and mind had betrayed me.
But what I didn’t realise back then was that my past was shaping my present. My childhood experiences, the beliefs I’d absorbed, and the subconscious programming I didn’t even know existed - all of it was running the show. And no diet, workout, or willpower could fix that.
That was my breaking point - and my awakening.
I began doing the deep inner work studying mindset, hypnotherapy, the unconscious mind, NLP, subconscious reprogramming, and women’s health. I learned that true transformation happens when you align the mind, body, and hormones -when you stop fighting yourself and start working with yourself.
